Little Things

I am small and go about my life often unseen by human beings.  Yet I play a big role in the overall experience of life.  If I were not being myself and chewing up plants and turning over soil, things might get pretty mucky. I enjoy being me and doing what I do!!

Humans are beings who often think too big.  They do not realize it is often the small things  you do every day, which make the most difference in your life.  How are you doing what you do?  Do you do it with joy and enthusiasm or is your energy low and you resent having to do it?  Perhaps you just go through the motions and are on automatic pilot all day long?  Putting a smile on your face when you drive to work, or wash some clothes, or go shopping can truly brighten up our day.  Your body responds, those around you are affected and I can even feel the glow way on down the lines of vibrations!

Today remember to pay attention to what you do and put more energy, more love, more joy into the very simple tasks and the world will take notice, one little trickle at a time! I am sending you my love and joy right now infused into these words! Do you feel them?

Glorious rainbows of light sprinkle across the room. Vibrant rich colors of your own soul sprinkle across the galaxies. Your personal presence is seen across the universe and when you smile, we all experience the glow. Today look deeply into that mirror and know your glow can transform the world, the universe and beyond what you know. Step into that place of power and shower the day with your radiance.  Someone else might be transformed in that moment.  Their will to live might be renewed. The might need more energy to get through a tough day, or maybe they are working two jobs.  Be prepared for unknown miracles to occur.  It is so easy to change your life once you realize that joy is a key you can share freely, without cost. Love comes in many packages.  Sometimes it is disguised.  Remember beneath the surface of trying times, chaos and angry words, love’s message still rings true.  Become aware of the space between words, or the silence of unspoken truth.  Your full body’s awareness, like an animal, guided by your heart, is where truth can find the light of day. When you feel angry, hurt, or scared, breathe in the sweet fragrance of love without conditions, and see what magic healing might occur. It works for me!

Kindness

Kindness remembers itself, given or taken.  Kindness lives inside all things, even though it is sometimes hidden.  Kindness dwells inside all of us, humans, plants, and animals.  Find time to be kind to You each day. Time to love yourself and pat yourself on the back for another day lived and gone and ready to greet a new day. You did your best for now and perhaps you will do a bit better on some other day.  Smile, relax and grow and allow the spirit of life to flow through you. Then ….  look out at the world and all the people in it, and all their experiences and allow that same kindness to flow to them too, knowing they too are learning and growing in similar ways.  The more you give, the more you receive.  Let kindness be a circle which never ends.

Love Comes In All Flavors

Love comes in all flavors, fragrances and colors.  You can find it anywhere in the tiniest atom or the largest universe, the most beautiful face or the ugliest creation imaginable. Look into your own eyes and know love dwells there, always looking upon you and seeking its truth, revealed when you can own your own beauty and majesty.  Inhaling the fragrance of your own love, smiling at your own beauty, you grace all universes with the magic of your unique way of being, found only in you.  Each piece is always needed to create the Whole-ness.  Just a smile can transform someone’s life and turn the world right side up again.  A soft touch, a handshake, a hug is all it takes.  The part you play may not seem very big to you, in the moment, and yet, you might have just saved the world. Live every moment as if it counts and add a little love to the universe.  Someone will smile and have a brighter day.

Do It Now!

Breathe out your own fragrance of love for others to share.  Now you are alive, so give everything to this very moment. Smile, laugh, giggle, waddle, play, roll around and take yourself a little less seriously.  Enjoy life!  Love life! And do it now!!

We Are Connected

Remember today how interconnected we are. The water we live in eventually touches each of you in the form of fog, mist, rain, dew drops, rivers and streams.  We feel the heart beat of our mother planet and we feel your hearts beating through your feet walking upon the earth.  Animals and plants, all of nature is united in this moment in time.  Where you live we live. Where you walk, we also walk.  Remember to take tender care of your hearts right now. Take tender care of each other.  Believe in the power to heal  yourself and each other.  Be more willing to lend a hand to someone else, smile at a neighbor, offer support to each other.  What you demonstrate in your own life is felt across the planet.  Many are in need right now and you can give so much with with your simple actions and deeds.  We send our love to you all, much peace and a deep inner love and joy knowing the web of life supports us all as we embrace each other with our infinite love.

Imagine if you will a planet devoid of life forms as you know them.  Water is the substance in which all beings hold their shape.  It measures the sunlight and daylight within its moving molecules.   It is without shape or form, ever changing,  never the same,  formless and shapeless.  You are yourself inside a structure you call a body and yet it changes too all the time. You are the dancing water in a different form walking upon the ground. We touch through the water you are.

Share Your Glow

My river’s song echoes through the trees as the breeze dances with the leaves, waves the blades of grass and moves across the water flowing and growing into the ocean. I hear your song, the weave of your own breath as it touches my heart.  I long to caress your face and feel your body immersed into mine.  All of life dances with eagerness to play and arrange the interactions, creating a new tapestry of creative energy and magic. Know your own body as an instrument of music which ads to the symphony, the Divine orchestration of life. Please smile more, playing me as I play you. Beam yourself onto and through others. Create more glorious melodies throughout your day. Your perfect path will become as clear as my water, and as precious as the pearls nesting in shells at the ocean’s depths. We are partners remembering once again, the movements and rhythms of our dance.  When we all play together, tears will blossom from your beloved eyes shining as pure as the love which joins us all in this endless chorus.
